Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
